Facial exercises DO NOT cause wrinkles if done correctly - they actually help to make women and men look younger for longer, without a surgical face lift, by toning facial muscles. Surgical face lifts can be effective, but this type of cosmetic surgery is expensive, and can be traumatic. Why not try the free facial exercises as an alternative to a surgical face lift. The free facial exercises will not be as radical as the face lift, but will assist in achieving a younger looking face, without wrinkles and lines. Facial exercises do not cause baggy skin Facial exercises DO NOT cause loose and baggy skin - just the opposite. Incorrect exercises may cause problems, in the same way that incorrect exercises can hurt a muscle in your body. Some plastic surgeons promote and encourage the use of facial exercises, but many don't - why should they promote an exercise that achieves a firm, young, ageless looking face?

These lines, wrinkles, folds and bags are not really wrinkles and lines as such, but are the supportive muscles in your face going soft - losing firmness, and not supporting the skin any more. Facial exercises can help with this - creating that face lift look with a non-surgical procedure.

As your face continues to age gravity begins to elongate older muscles, this gives your face the droopy appearance. By toning and exercising your face, you can actually get these muscles in better shape, causing your face to look more youthful. It's just like exercising your body, while you cannot stop the advancement of age, you can look youthful, feel better, and be healthier with exercise. Of course, diet plays a big role in how you feel and how you look, so make sure you're paying attention to your diet as well as your exercise routine.

stretch your face with your eyes wide open and your mouth wide open as wide as you can and hold it for a second or two. Then relax your face, close your eyes and be sure to relax your mouth as well, and you will feel a difference. First, you're going to feel stiff when you stretch your face, this is normal, and after a few of these exercises, your face begins to relax easier, stretch easier, and actually feels good.

Pore shrinking mask recipes from home

A face with large open pores when seen from close quarters doesn’t look so good. While it’s quite common for oily skins to have a tendency towards open pores, an attack of pimples also leaves ugly scars and open pores behind.  Even though the scars may fade away after some time, open pores appear to be more obstinate and hardly show any signs of shrinking.  Age also takes its toll by giving an uneven/pigmented tone to the skin and making the open pores more prominent. Heredity could also be a contributing factor in determining your pore size. It’s not easy to get rid of these pores or shrink them completely or permanently using serums, lotions or face packs. Even resorting to drastic chemical/surgical procedures at the dermatologist’s isn’t quite capable of giving satisfactory results.  Nevertheless, you can try and minimize their appearance at least temporarily with clever makeup and a few natural skin care masks such as these: * Cleanse your face with a mild ...
