A brief profile of a few essential oils

Lavender oil: Lavender with its delicate aroma is the safest of all essential oils, for it can be applied undiluted on the skin. It promotes cell growth, rejuvenates skin and has a mild sedative power. Besides, it calms and soothes and soothes and is ideal for sensitive skin and also for boils, sores, eczema and fungal skin condition. In case of burns, apply ice on the affected area and then place a drop of lavender oil.

Sandalwood oil: Sandalwood, with its musky fragrance, is suitable for all types of skin and helps clear blemishes, spots and acne. It is used in creams and potions to amplify their staying power and is ideal for treating dry and dehydrated skin.

Rosemary oil: “Rosemary”, in the language or flowers, stands for fidelity in love. This essential oil is a remarkable cleanser and stimulant for the skin. It is antiseptic and antibiotic and can cure skin infection.

Almond oil: Almond oil nourishes the skin, having a high degree of penetration, and enters the bloodstream rapidly by the epidermis. Being anti-inflammatory, it heals cuts and wounds and prevents scaring.

Thyme oil: Thyme is used as a beauty aid and is a superb moisturizer when added to cold cream. It exfoliates, smoothens and softens the skin.

    Essential oils have various uses, depending on the oil in question. Some of the most common (none of which smell like fecal matter, canine or otherwise):

    Lavender: Headaches
    Chamomile: Sleeplessness, anxiety
    Lemon: Lethargy, depression
    Peppermint: Nausea, sinus problems
    Eucalyptus: Coughs, stuffiness
    Ylang Ylang: Anger
