Application:

Ynail fungusou have to file the nail and rub in the balm. It gives a slight stinging feeling. Slowly the nail will turn from yellow to brown and begin to grow off. You have to do this twice a day. 1. Hi Aparna,
Thanks for dropping by my blog. I've just begun using my salt lamps. I love the warm glow and am amazed at the difference they make in the air quality in my home!

Vicks is surely one of the most economical remedies for nail fungus. By personal experience, I have found that very high quality (therapeutic grade) essential oil of Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) is an excellent choice. You may find a source for this through my reflexology website: www.footstepsineden.com -- You will find an aromatherapy link there.

Vicks Vaporub is also known for its effectiveness to treat Nail Fungus The reported usage is to rub your nail or toenail with a generous dose of Vicks two times a day, and under a few days, you will find it improved.

Vicks for Nail FungusThe treatment is rather long, and you will have to insist for about six months or more to be freed of the nail fungus.

Preferably, you will have to continue the treatment until the new nail is completely grows, because if a parcel of the infected nail remain, the fungus will reappear. Vicks Vaporub has no reported side effect.

An antiseptic mouth wash also prevents further growth of fungus within the nails. The tea tree oil is also very useful for this purpose. Other excellent combination are olive oil or lavender oil with the tea tree oil.

Toenail fungus can be cured using a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and Listerine. Combine them in a quart jar with a screw-on lid and used a clean paintbrush to apply the liquid to the affected toes morning and nightThen put your socks on to keep it acting a while longer and protect the bed sheets at night. The fungus took about three months to clear up. It is slow growing, but is also slow to cure.
The herbal ingredients in Listerine may have anti-fungal properties, but home remedies rarely come with specific guidelines..

I have the same problem, my dr. told me the nail fungus was far less harmful than the pills and did not recomend them at all.
A few home remidies work, but be prepared to do this daily for up to a year depending on how bad the infection is

    1. Listerine
    2. Vapo-Rub
    3.Vinager
    4. Tree-Tea Oil
    5. Bleach

Some of these things may sound weird, but they really do work if you have the patience to keep it up. I have had the best luck with Vapo-Rub.Make sure you treat all your toes since the fungus spreads easiley

I've tried vinegar to treat nail fungus, it made a little difference but never really got it to go away.
Personally, I've tried a lot of different stuff over the years. I had dealt with the combo nail fungus and athletes foot for almost 20 years. One "free" thing that did help a lot was vinegar.
It didn't help much with the nail fungus but it completely stopped the athlete's foot that I was also suffering from.
For the fungus I tried a lot of different things, including over the counter treatments, vinegar, bleach, tea tree oil, vicks and lavender oil. Some of them did make a little difference but none of them completely killed the fungus.
I also tried lamisil which worked for a while then after a couple of months I had a relapse of the nail fungus. The scary thing with the lamisil is the possible health issues you can face as a result of using it, the doctor had me take a test to make sure my liver wasn't prone to problems before he'd give me the lamisil... gulp!
In the end what finally fixed my loong term problem with nail fungus was Zeta Clear. I think what also helped is that I made it a part of my daily ritual to use it.
Another thing that I did that probably helped was throw out my old shoes. I have heard that the fungus can live in your shoes and return after treatment. So to avoid a relapse I made sure to get new shoes and throw out the old ones.

Home remedies for sleeplessness

The day dawns beautifully for those who have had a night of good sleep. But the same day drags on for those who have spent a disturbing, sleepless night. Sleep is a biological necessity even as eating and drinking are. Sufficient sleep renders a person normally sociable, lively and high-spirited. It’s a nature’s way of rejuvenating the person for the next day. Realize all this, and make sleep a physiological habit. The consequences of long time sleep deprivation can be very grave. Lack of sleep takes its toll on the skin and hair. It causes acne-breakouts and makes one look aged and haggard beyond years. Experts opine that during sleep as our metabolic rate falls, blood goes to those areas which need the most repairing. This also steps up the production of collagen and keratin, which aid the regeneration of skin cells and help resist premature ageing. So for a younger looking and a problem free skin you need to have a good quality of sleep every night.

Pore shrinking mask recipes from home

A face with large open pores when seen from close quarters doesn’t look so good. While it’s quite common for oily skins to have a tendency towards open pores, an attack of pimples also leaves ugly scars and open pores behind.  Even though the scars may fade away after some time, open pores appear to be more obstinate and hardly show any signs of shrinking.  Age also takes its toll by giving an uneven/pigmented tone to the skin and making the open pores more prominent. Heredity could also be a contributing factor in determining your pore size. It’s not easy to get rid of these pores or shrink them completely or permanently using serums, lotions or face packs. Even resorting to drastic chemical/surgical procedures at the dermatologist’s isn’t quite capable of giving satisfactory results.  Nevertheless, you can try and minimize their appearance at least temporarily with clever makeup and a few natural skin care masks such as these: * Cleanse your face with a mild ...
