An anger management tip

Itโ€™s so easy to preach and so difficult to practice. Especially, when you are told to control your wrath and keep your cool in the most trying circumstances. More often than not, in the heat of an infuriating situation it is very difficult to even think of following any anger management steps. More so, when you feel that your anger is completely justified. The age-old advice โ€œCount to 10 to control your temperโ€ simply doesnโ€™t work when you are held in the throes of anger.

anger management tip, couple angry

angry peopleIf the other person is too angry to understand you and when a proper communication seems impossible at that point of time, it is better to leave the place or suggest to your adversary that you will discuss the problem later at some calmer hour. Both of you will feel less defensive/aggressive then and you might even be able to sort out your differences amicably.

Obviously all causes of anger or fights should not be ignored or dismissed. Ultimately, you have to decide for yourself whether that particular situation calls for such an action. Eventually all kinds of situations have to faced fearlessly and sorted out. Delaying or putting off things at a later date might not work always.

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problemsโ€”problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. And it can make you feel as though you're at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion. The goal of anger management is to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes. You can't get rid of, or avoid, the things or the people that enrage you, nor can you change them, but you can learn to control your reactions.

In anger you should go to peaceful place and think the reason for your anger, i.e. think from both the sides (your side and one on whom you are angry).
once you are calm then go out and enjoy by eating fast food and play play station.

First u need to sit and decide what is really causing the anger????
somethings are out of Ur control
and if the anger is coming from something that is out of Ur control.. u need to let it go..or get away from it
if it is a job.. look for another one ..if it is a person.. then u could have what is called displaced anger..
and it is not anger.. but anxiety..
if it is anxiety.. then u need to go to counseling and find out why..??/ if it is cheating? then It is mostly likely Ur woman's interwision talking to u..
and u are correct... about what u are thinking.. u just can't prove it.. so u continue to tolerate it..

Step back and think about why you are angry. Is there anything you can do to solve your problems? Are you doing things that cause you more problems? Are the things that make you angry beyond your control?
You may have to accept that you can't control everything and that everything is not your fault

I have a lot of anger control issues too over very trivial matters and usually when that happens I do something to distract my thoughts; usually read, exercise, sometimes i just take a nap. I do yoga and the most important thing is to tell people your feelings and that will make a big difference like you're doing right now

Highly Effective Indian Home remedies For Delayed Periods

Delayed periods or Irregular menstrual periods have become very common these days for a lot of women in their reproductive age and they suffer great agonies when their period does not come on time. A delay of 4-5 days may be fine but if it exceeds 8 days, then it's certainly a cause for concern. In this post, I'll be sharing highly effective Indian home remedies for your delayed periods . I'd been a long sufferer of irregular periods during my teenage to early twenties. I've tried most of the recipes here, along with Kapalabhati pranayama, yoga poses, mudras and other lifestyle habits. Now my periods are extremely regular like clockwork; not a day less or more than 28. When I look back, I'm surprised how I managed those years of anxiety and fear about my late periods.

Home remedies for sleeplessness

The day dawns beautifully for those who have had a night of good sleep. But the same day drags on for those who have spent a disturbing, sleepless night. Sleep is a biological necessity even as eating and drinking are. Sufficient sleep renders a person normally sociable, lively and high-spirited. Itโ€™s a natureโ€™s way of rejuvenating the person for the next day. Realize all this, and make sleep a physiological habit. The consequences of long time sleep deprivation can be very grave. Lack of sleep takes its toll on the skin and hair. It causes acne-breakouts and makes one look aged and haggard beyond years. Experts opine that during sleep as our metabolic rate falls, blood goes to those areas which need the most repairing. This also steps up the production of collagen and keratin, which aid the regeneration of skin cells and help resist premature ageing. So for a younger looking and a problem free skin you need to have a good quality of sleep every night.

Get rid of head lice with these home remedies

Lice infestation is such a bothersome, distracting and embarrassing problem. Surely everyone harbors them at one time or the other. It is usually common among school children but soon spreads to other members of the family. Contrary to popular belief, it is not a sign of poor hygiene, as lice are not fussy whether they lay their eggs in clean or dirty hair. But yes, a dirty scalp can well serve as a perfect breeding ground for these tiresome creatures. Lice get transferred easily from child to child owing to the close contact of heads, during play, while sitting together or by sharing caps. Though there are many chemical and herbal over-the-counter preparations to remove lice, it is better to refrain from using them for they might also remove a good bit of your hair, while others could have a drying effect on the hair.  There are many home-remedies which do work well but the age-old method of regular combing with a close-toothed comb on all counts, is the most eff...
