i used banana occasionaly. if you want, wash ur fash to get all the extra dirt and oil off. just mush up the banana in a bowl until a smooth paste. then spread it onto ur face but not too much though or it would be a waste. after 10-20 mins rinse it off with warm water then cold water to close the pores. i think you could also put honey in with the banana but i never did it before. you could then store the left overs in the fridge but you should use it again quickly or it will spoil.

Bananas are difficult to digest, and so your stomach is probably working hard to break them down, and producing a lot of stomach acid which could lead to pain.I know this because I went to the dentist recently and I swallowed a swab of anaesthetic which the doctor told me paralysed my stomach. This meant my stomach wasn't moving and digesting the food properly and I felt sick and bloated. When I told the doctor I had been eating bananas he told me that they are hard to digest.

If you are full, don't eat a banana, and avoid fatty and sugary foods as they increase the amount of acid your stomach produces.
